I'd like to give praise to the store manager named Sithembiso Mavuso at the makro by langlagter. I bought a fridge that the sales person did not give a great service.after realizing the faults it had Sithembiso treated me with professionalzim and respect. He attended to the issue out right until it was satisfying for me.many times we quick to complain but when a bad service turns to a great problem solving service one felt the need to really appreciate Sithembiso Mavuso.its managers like this that brand makro needs to align themselves with.Thank you once again for your efforts.
