SINOTEC 32 MAKRO DAMAGE GOODS
Don't buy @ Makro Silver Lakers, they had a sale on Sinotec TV's in August '15 . I purchase a 32\ TV

Thank you for taking time to raise your dissatisfaction.
We will refund or replace an item that fails in the first 14 days of purchase. With a few exceptions .
If it fails after the first 14 days - but still in the warranty period - the Supplier will assess the item and action a repair or replace the item.
The supplier has up to 6 weeks to repair the item - however the vast majority are completed quicker than this.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this matter has caused.
