since when can a cashier decide if I can get a spe

I went to macro vaal today @ 13:06 the tax invoice number is ***4<br> I wanted to buy their SPECIAL on jeans promotion but all the jeans were laying around and on the ground. <br> the special was buy 2 for R240.00 when I cot to the till the cashier rang the jeans up with no SPECIAL when I complaint he sent someone to find out the price it took longer than 5 minutes then I called a manager she said she will sort it out and left the counter after enough 5 more minutes I went to take off the Special offer to go show the cashier because the cashier did not know about the special. so he rang up another jean to check barcodes when I asked him to remove that item he said he did. I ended up not buying the special because the cashier said I can not get the 2 jeans for R240 because I was impatient with him! can you believe that!!!! after I left the store I saw that he did not remove the 1 jean on the tax invoice so I ended up paying for a size 16 jeans that I did not received. could macro vaal please do a proper stock count and refund me R120.00 since when can a cashier decide if I can get a special or not ..... based on good behaviour whahah what a joke macro VAAL
