Silverlakes store repeatedly fail to honour delivery to the online purchase

Silverlakes store does not respond to the online purchase. I have never get to receive the online purchase within 2 weeks from the date of the payment made, please note that I paid for the stock as well as delivery charge. They ignore all the emails, transfer and put you on hold when you call them.
