Signal block jamming: Marko Centurion! No footage available +20 guards on duty

My car was jammed and my work laptop ****** out of my boot. When I discovered my boot was open, the car guard came running towards me stating that my boot is open and he saw a man (1st he ran away...2nd time around the story lead that the man got into another car)

1. No CCTV footage available from Marko Centurion due to it being a live camera? Why have a security system where you can not extract footage? spoken to Jack, gave him the time I was there and could not assist me.

2. The gated entrance has an armed guard, the parking lot has +20 guards, if ******** activities can go ahead without detection from the guards, why have this in place? The car guard who came to me with confirmation that he witnessed a suspicious person around my car, why did he not raise an alarm via radio to security?

This is not the 1st and the last time that signal block jamming will take at the secure parking area, neither the camera system nor active car guards work towards avoiding this.

Makro Centurion, please install a sign which states "******** activity in progress" then your customers will know that your current security measures in place have zero benefit to the customers and could be assisting the process.
