REF *** I bought a display fridge during September On 26 September I informed you that the fridge was defective. After a couple of e mails and telephone calls it was agreed to collect the fridge and to refund me in full I am still waiting for you to collet the fridge and to refund me The whole experience was a nightmare and not one single staff member was prepared to co operate
