Sidewalks used as storage area

We went to Makro Vaal on Saturday. Because of the day and time, it was busy and we had to stop far away from the entrance. The problem is that the sidewalk next to the building gets used for storage, so much so that there is no space to walk. This forced us to walk in the road which is not safe, especially with two small children. We had a problem on our way back to the car after shopping with my 4 year old boy tripping over a speed bump and having a bad fall where he tumbled feet over head, bruising his forehead, chin, knees, elbows and hands. This because we had to walk in the road. Another problem is the fact that only one exit at the till-points is open which causes a pile up at the security desk with security checking every slip. The other exits already have scanners in place. The reason I see they are not using those doors is due to the stock blocking that complete area.
