Sickening Deplorable SA Companies 🤢🤮

I purchased the Azzaro The Most Wanted mens fragrance from Makro Store.

When l received the product & opened it, the fragrance was **** : it had different serial numbers on the box and on the bottle. The box displayed it is a Parfum & the bottle displaying Eau de Toilette.

When contacting *** Order Number : OD*** l was told the below. Quite sickening that such big company do their citizens wrong for little extra money. ========================== Good day Brendon, Thank you for contacting us regarding your order OD***.

According to the Makro online returns policy, items that have been opened or used are unfortunately not eligible for return or refund. As indicated on the Makro website, product descriptions, content and inventory information for marketplace items are provided by the relevant third-party seller, and Makro relies on the accuracy of the information supp**** by the seller.

As the fragrance has already been opened and used, we are unable to arrange a return or refund through the Makro returns process.
