SICK OF POOR SERVICES

I purchased a kettle an toaster on 17 December delivery is supposed to be 25 December2024, i do understand it was christmas an boxing day however its is 20 days later after so many calls no one can tell me what is happening with my order or when it will be coming the consultants promise to call me back but nothing they have no remorse i told them i have moved into a new place and dont have these two item seems like they just dont care i have to phone back continuously for items i paid for last very dissapointed my other item was out for delivery and then return and refunded without explanation if not drinks that expires with in three weeks of receiving now this very bad services.
