Sick, *********** staff and managers

Makro does NOT care about its clients. I wrote last week about my traumatic experience in their store. They said on Hellopeter that they would investigate it, but to date, NO ONE has bothered to contact me at all.. This clarifies my doubt that they would ever care about their loyal clients. I am shocked that they did not bother to investigate such a serious complaint. Obviously the staff (not all) and the managers at this branch in Amanzimtoti don't care a damn about their clients because they feel they have enough clients to worry about one complaint!!!! To the manager, I guess, you will worry about a customer who probably buys millions of rands of goods from your store and can't worry about customers who spend less than that!!!!
