Sibusiso Chabalala Stinks!!

I waited 30min on the phone to speak to Sibusiso Chabalala. He kept telling the call centre agent to tell me that he is busy on a call. After I threatened the agent, he finally took the call.

I told him Zanele sent him an email on Friday and I would like a follow up. He told me he hasn't checked his mail since all day! He then said he wants to transfer my call to his desk and surprise- he hung up on me.

It's one thing if you guys f***ed up our Black Friday orders, it's another for your staff to avoid doing their jobs and refund us too.
