Shutdown Makro Crown Mines

I arrived at 13:00pm for simple purchase with my parents. We wanted to purchase a washing machine and iron. For starters we were nearly discouraged by being told that the machine needs both hot and cold water usage or it won't work. We then insisted that we will take it and do our own plumbing. After getting the iron, we then went ahead and made the payment. We asked to wait for two minutes and the machine will be fetched from the back and brought to us. We waited for 30 minutes and then we were told the machine is out of stock after the purchase. Then before we got our refund so we could leave we walked around following the supervisor because they didn't have the cash... It's truly unfair because we still have to rush and go buy the machine elsewhere and make sure we get home in time for my son's return from school... It's one crazy inconvenience that they don't update their systems until clients like us want to purchase a product. It's truly unfair... I've always disliked the service at Makro Crown Mines and today's service has just added fuel to the fire. This is really unfair and frustrating...
