SHUT DOWN MAKRO

I am sick and tired of the back and forth with Makro and their so called courier Value Express. You should be ashamed to be associated an organisation such as Value Express for such a large organisation.

For days now Makro has been escalating my matter - ordered online [Order No.: OD***], my parcel tracking ID is [MP***]. Makro does not know where my package is, Value Express are not taking my calls, at this rate, I am going to walk into one of your stores and make a scene. I WANT MY DA*MN ORDER!!!

I am seriously giving Makro until Friday, 18th July to ensure I get my order, otherwise we are going to have problems.

If you (Makro) think you will send me a ‘we are sorry for the inconvenience’ message, think again. All I want to hear is ‘you will have your order by 18th’.

As a business owner that has purchased upwards of 10 laptops at Makro, I am utterly disappointed in your lack of accountability and urgency.
