Shorty's tyres and Makro online platform

I FEEL ****MED, Poor service and unprofessional Makro or this supplier are very unprofessional. They delivered a wrong tyre, I logged in a return 4 weeks ago. They don't want to make the return or even cancel the order. I have called the support centre several times, they tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours, still I never got a feedback. They are very poor with online services. I will never order again because I am sitting with a loss and a useless product. So I am warning the next buyer, be careful when using the online platform.

I wrote the same review and they removed it, saying it doesn't meet they're website guidelines. How do you guide my opinion if I have receipts?
