Short delivered online order! No one to assist with refund

Please refer order MAK***. I ordered 2 x Nestle tex hot chocolates for R75 yet I only received one on Friday. Even the delivery note has been scratched out and written 1 instead of 2. I tried contacting the call centre, the whatsapp number etc and no one phones or replies. This is ridiculous. I want my refund!!!! That's not fair that there is no customer service
