Shopping online - DON'T - they don't deliver !

I bought a shredder online 893906 Order # placed on 3 July no delivery yet. Yesterday sent a message on their website no response yet. Called Siphiso this afternoon - requested a call back within 30 mins of my call - no call back.

I have paid R70 for delivery between 3 - 5 days. its now 8. i assume i get refunded ? BTW i wont shop online again with them again. NO customer service. I see a number of complaints regarding delivery.
