Shop online ELSEWHERE if you want customer service
They make it clear to see why all their partner stores are shutting down (Dion Wired, Game), I have been without my office chair for 2 months now and the store manager himself Kabelo does not have the authority to approve a credit (his own words), the supplier can only approve it
