At this point, I am at my wits' end with Makro! I initiated the third return request on 3 September. I had not received any update when another email came through today at 15:06 saying 'return request approved,' and exactly six minutes after that, at 15:12, I got another email saying 'return request rejected'. It is now the start of the third week with me trying to get this faulty treadmill collected. Never have I been so ANNOYED and FRUSTRATED at a situation. Honestly that one star would be a zero, if the option was there.
