I am so disappointed with the purchasing I did with them in January for the back to school shoes from toughees 😔 to think being unemployed and trying make ends meet I wanted quality for my child but the shoes are now worn out not even 5 months later mind you the child uses scholar transport so she hardly on foot... Then they refuse to even exchange this is for moms who wishes to buy toughees shoes in future from them not to bother it not worth it I lost my R400 from them within few months and they don't care a dim 💔 not even offering mediation between me and toughees coz m the 1 that bought from them not toughees so be wary
