Shoddy Client Services

I purchased a 33cc Ryobi brush cutter on the 26th Nov 2020..at Campsdrift. started using it the following day and a heard a load bang.... returned the said item immediately.... the manager told me that they need to send it to manufacturer and there is a 21 day turn around time... I have a property that is half cut and was told that that is maximum turnaround time and given a copy of a customer "Piece of Mind" that is outdated I must add.. the frustration they dont seem to get is the fact that item was ONLY out of store for less than 24hrs and refuses to refund or credit item. When item was bought the assistant never took time to explain the warranty and when things are returned,the throw the book at you.... Anotherthing that is frustrating is that there IS NO 21 turnaround time for money to clear. I am disgusted by the fact that store policy is ALL They are interested in, and no regard for Customer Frustration...
