Shockingly bad service from MAKRO!!!!

IF I could give a minus 10 I would do so!!!. In the last week I placed 3 orders and had issues with 66%of them. Order number *** was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 24/09. I received a SMS indicating that the package was handed over to the Courier Company and it should be delivered later during the day. Later, when I have not heard anything yet, I checked on the link received on the SMS - to my shock discovered that the delivery party never got the package as the package is lost!!!! One of the descriptions actually indicated "suspected *****". No communication was sent to me about this - I phoned *** and was told it will be investigated and that someone will phone me – I am still waiting 4 days later Then today another attempt was made to deliver - which first got sent to the incorrect address in Randburg - (same as my next order as will be explained next) AND to my surprise we actually did not get all the items in the order - and I can prove it as the delivery slip does not contain the missing item!!! So they could not even get it right the second time around!!!

Order number *** was supposed to be delivered Sunday 25/09, I received a SMS indicating that one of the packages was handed over to the courier company. I later got a SMS that they are on their way with the delivery. A While later I got another SMS indicating that they are outside. When I went outside nobody was there. I then got a call from *** where I was asked what my address is as they have been sent to Randburg. I sent them my location PIN on Whatsapp and about an hour later I received 1 part of the delivery. On the Website it is shown as Courier Delivery 2. Later, when I checked again I noticed that the website also states that Courier Delivery 1 was also delivered – which is wrong as the only 2 items I have received was 6 bags of Charcoal and 1 carpet – none of the other items were delivered. I phoned the morning of 26th to enquire and once again got told that it will be escalated and someone will come back to me. 10 Minutes later – around 10:36 I received a call from someone, informing me that they are looking at it and I will receive feedback within 2 hours. Now – 6 hours later still nothing. I also queried the first delivery and was told that the stats changed yesterday indicating that the package will be delivered today. Also nothing.

So 2 deliveries has only been half delivered. I am utterly disgusted in the service received and will never do business with Makro again !!!!
