Shocking unprofessional service

After checking that stock was available, I visited your Steubens Valley store to purchase a microwave which is on special till Sunday. There's no stock! Between Victor the salesperson and Josephine, the manger an entire hour was lost even after Josephine agreeing that I could pay and delivery would be free. Victor apparently did not hear this and insisted delivery be charged. Josephine was not contactable when needed the second time. With disgust and frustration regarding customer service, time wasting and sheer incompetence I left the store. My afternoon wasted.
