Shocking Treatment of Customers

I was going to complain bitterly about the way I was treated by Germiston Makro Liqour........ It really is not worth it!!!! They just lost a big sale and 2 customers. Not prepared to tolerated this kind of behaviour any longer from people who work in a service oriented company, big or small. The sad thing is that I have been a long standing customer of theirs and cannot believe they employ the like!!!!
