SHOCKING SO CALLED SERVICE FROM MAKRO AGAIN
I'm not surprised to see their average rating is 1.39. Yet another online order totally f****d up! Ordered - and paid - for a Defy sidebyside Fridge/Freezer on 4 January 2023. Received email on 6 January 2023 that order had been despatched for delivery by 9 January 2023. Just tracked my order with DPD Laser - their courier - which tells me they haven't yet received the goods in order to arrange delivery!!! Order #MAK***, Waybill @MK***. They did this to me a couple of years ago when I ordered, in good time, a present for my Grandson in White River. They despatched it to a Johannesburg courier who couldn't find the address?!!?!?!? Why should I continue buying anything from Makro - even with a HelloPeter review, all you get is an apology.
Nothing's changed. My urgent request now is that you get Makro Struben's Valley to deliver a small chest freezer that I can use at no cost until this debacle is sorted. I CANNOT leave my foodstuffs in other people's freezers any longer!
