Shocking shocking absolutely shocking service from makro woodmead.

I've called makro woodmead about 4 times, to ask for them to kindly assist with booking my machines. After each and every call, they promise to mail me. 3 days ago I spoke to the manager- floyd who reassured me he would respond and boomed my machines. 3 days later and not a single response to my mails to even just let me know that he got the mails.

Please note that after they call to book, it still takes 72 hrs for the tech to book you in. The lady i spoke to hung up on me cause she said they understaffed and they can't help me

I have a mon functional wash machine, and Tumble dryer tjay doesn't dry. It's been 4 weeks that I'm taking my clothes to a laundry. And makro, continue to completely and bluntly ignore me.

I will NEVER, EVER, buy things like that from .akro again. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and lie. If my warranty finishes and it's because they haven't rep**** to me to fix it prior I will go after them and sue them. This is just beyond ridiculous
