SHOCKING: Shein delivers from overseas faster than Makro delivers locally!

I will never advise anyone to use Makro’s online platform. I placed an order on the 1st of March . Delivery was promised for the 4th. It is now the 12th, and I have received zero communication from Makro’s side. The only reason I have any information at all is because I keep calling them. They do not reach out to you; they do not update you. Every time I call, I get a different excuse. The latest is that "no store has accepted the order." How is it possible that a major retailer cannot get their own stores to fulfill a paid order after 11 days? To make matters worse: I placed an international order with SHEIN a day AFTER my Makro order. My Shein package arrived from overseas today, yet Makro cannot even deliver from a local warehouse. I work in healthcare and specifically planned this delivery for my off-days. I am back at work tomorrow, and because of Makro's incompetence, I am left stranded. When I asked for a refund, I was told it takes 2 weeks. Makro takes your money in seconds but takes weeks to deliver (if they deliver at all) and weeks to refund. Extremely unprofessional and ***********. If you actually need your items, order from literally anywhere else.
