Shocking service received from Makro Online!

Needed a carry on suitcase so went online to Makro's site and ordered & paid for my selection. Only to receive an email informing me that my order was cancelled - NO REASON GIVEN!!! Shocking service!!! The stock showed available online - if the mistake was on Makro's side for not updating their website surely they must honour the purchase at the price advertised??? Then SA companies wonder why people use TEMU & SHEIN
