Shocking service Makro online shoppers

On the 29th of November I placed an online order from Makro. I was promised delivery on the 2nd of December. Needless to say up until now I have still not received my goods, it is almost impossible to get hold of their customer online service centre as the call drops after holding of for upto 20 minutes. Trying to email them is just as annoying as you get automated email replies!

MAKRO your service is shocking! I recommend that online shoppers stay away from Makro to avoid stress, disappointment and anxiety! If you have ordered Christmas presents online with Makro, please make another plan just incase you end up with no gifts for your loved ones.
