SHOCKING SERVICE MAKRO
Shocking after care service. Incorrect goods delivered. Took forever to get them to collect the item. I cannot get Makro to refund me. Sent numerous emails I call almost every day. I cannot get any assistance. Its been over a month trying to get them to refund me.

03 Mar 2025, 13:53I have again called and was advised that my refund has still not been approved as Makro is waiting on the 3rd party. This is really ridiculous!. I am not sure how else to get my refund than by calling and/or emailing. ORDER NUMBER: MAK***. I am at a loss and especially how Makro allows this bad service.
