Shocking service Makro!!!

On Sunday 11 November I placed an online order for delivery, according to the online note I was to receive my order within 3-7 days. I made a note on asking for the delivery person to call or message before arrival even though it does say I will receive an sms the day of arrival. I have yet to receive an sms to let me know my delivery is on the way. Bare in mind I received an email ton Tuesday 9 November to say it has been dispatched. From Wednesday 10 November I have been calling the call center to find out where my order is. Every time I call I get a different story and still no order. 1. Driver was on the way and saw the time so turned around and went back as it was getting to late, he needed to clock out 2.Driver has come multiple times but can't find the property 3. Drive came out but had to much to deliver so would come back another day.

I still do not have an answer on when this will arrive. In the meantime I have had to go out and hire equipment I have just spent over R 13 000 on buying as I have no idea when my order will arrive or if it ever will. Beyond frustrated that I can't get an answer out of anyone at the call center and so unfair that I need to loss money having to hire the very equipment I just bought.
