Shocking Service Levels at Makro

Bought an industrial scale from Makro and was promised delivery 21/12/2024. After multiple enquiries to why it’s late get told on the 02/01/2025 that’s it a 3rd party issue and can’t give a delivery date. Even refund will take a further 14 days. Unacceptable.
