shocking service is an understatement

the worst online shopping in the past 5 years if not ever. This is the 3rd time I am ordering from Makro and the 3rd time I have problems. IF you can avoid ordering from them, do yourself a fav. and go somewhere else. Waiting for more than 2 weeks, 8 phone calls, 3 written complains and a loooooooot of patience and wasted time for my goods Shocking is an understatement
