SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MAKRO ONLINE & DPD LASER COURIERS

I ordered an MS Office Home & Business software package from Makro Online. A week later I received an sms stating the package had been successfully delivered to me. I received nothing. I contacted Makro who liaised with the courier, DPD Laser who apparently delivered to the incorrect address. Makro logged a ticket and informed me they would ask the courier to collect the package. If it had been opened, they would refund me. In the meantime the purchase price for the MS Office increased by R 500 which Makro said was not their problem. As neither Makro nor DPD Laser came back to me, I managed to contact the company who received my package and they, in turn, very kindly delivered the package to me. I have not received any updates from either Makro Online or DPD Laser to date and a week later they have still not "collected my package". Absolutely shocking service!
