Shocking service from Makro online

I ordered a study table that was on promotion for R799.99 at checkout it was R999.00 l paid as it was Sunday l called then on Monday, they said they would refund the other money and delivery date was 26 May 2023, l ordered on Sunday the 21st, yesterday, a lady called Wandile, absolutely useless sent me an email asking for proof that the Table was R799 and not R999, l responded to her email telling her that l did not take a picture of the promo, l am still puzzled because this is their product l should not be providing any evidence, anyway 3 days later she never came back to me. So on the 25th l called them to find out when the delivery will be made, as on the app it still showed delivery to be the 26th, do they not tell me that the delivery is on transit and will e delivered Tom me latest by Monday...l ask to speak to the manager and they transfer me to Wandile, l was on hold for 1h20 minutes while holding l asked my husband to just listen and tell explain the situation to her as l jumped into the shower, so l showered, drove to Cape Town to pick up y race pack, then as l packed at the castle they dropped the phone in my ears...that was not enough l called and Zanele answered and said she will ask Wandile to call me back urgently, at 21:00 l don't have my order, Wandile has not called me, l am flabbergasted to say the least, l will never ever buy from Makro online again, if l checked the reviews l would have probably not wasted my time. This is false advertising, they kept my money and l still don't have the product.
