Shocking service from Makro.

The worst service ever. Does anyone know what they are doing on the online shopping. Service desk people do a great job but they simply cannot get the people who need to resolve things to actually resolve anything. Promises are never kept with regards to calling you back with updates. I have now made 7 or 8 calls to the call center. Nobody ever responds, returns calls or honors any promises. ordered this on the 18th July and still nothing other than promises. Never buy from them again.
