Shocking service from Makro

I ordered a gazebo online for our upcoming Spring Fair and when we opened the day after it arrived, it was damaged in several places and was clearly a return from someone else that they palmed off on to us!!~ I have photos to prove it. We were in touch immediately with the very lengthy OD and return numbers and to date I have not received a payment!!
