Shocking service delivery

An order was placed Makro Woodmead 3 weeks ago (delivery date in order was 15 March 2019) and I still havent received my order. Despite several calls to the national call centre, the response remains the same.. "your order is with the courier and will be delivered soon' I find it very hard to understand how a courier can take more than a week to travel less than 10kms. I have offered to collect my order in store and that was declined because the order is with the courier. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced with Makro. If you cannot deliver on online orders, dont offer the service! Its that simple!
