Shocking Service
I purchased a Kreepy krauly bull shark pro from Makro online in Oct 2020. Logged a complaint in Dec2020. Makro keeps eacalating but no solurion to date.
Makro points to Kreepy and Kreepy points to Makro. I am in a wheelchair and unable to go to the store thu my purchase gone online.
The pool cleaner is totally useless- -It climbs out the pool above water level and sucks air. -Most of the time it drifts in mid air in one position.
I have tried backwashing, adjusting pipe lengths, adjusting sucking power adjustment.
I have tested the Kreepy in anorher pool. It tilts to the side and floats yet again. My neighbour tried his Dominator, no issues for 4 days.
Offered to pay the difference to get a Dominator but it seems that neither Makro or Kreepy are interested in solving this.
I have been contacted by Makro and Kreepy directly. My Kreepy was kindly collected by the account manager on the 12 Feb and was advised that I would have feedback by 16 Feb. I have contacted the account manager several times since only to get ignored and my call cut.
I received a call from Makro today advising nothing is wrong with the unit. No solution provided. I have advised Makro to keep the unit as it has damaged my pool floor.

I have received a Dominator head as a replacement (paid a difference). Seems to be working way better. Hopefully this saga is finally over. The assistance of the account manager was instrumental in getting this resolved and much appreciated.
My faith in Kreepy has restored somewhat.
