SHOCKING SERVICE
Shocking Service I purchased a new tap for my kitchen over a month ago. The new tap is leaking, I have requested numerous time for a new tap to come and be fitted. When ever you call it just gets escalated to who knows where as nobody has the decency to call back. I will never purchase anything from Makro again. Its just shocking and disgusting the service from Makro

30 Jun 2022, 13:40Thank you, please if someone can get back to me urgently. I have advised when they sent the courier twice that the tap cannot be taken out but someone has to come and fit the new tap. I have also sent photographs of where the tap is leaking. Kind regards Dianne
