Shocking Service and Zero Communication from Makro Online

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received from Makro Online. I placed an order on 29 November 2025, and today, 8 December 2025, my order has still not been delivered.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. Every time I followed up, I was given contradicting and misleading information—I was told the order was “ready for collection,” then “awaiting picking,” yet the courier confirmed they were already at Makro Carnival to pick it up. Despite this, no one at Makro could locate my order or provide a clear answer.

This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and highly frustrating. I expected far better from a company of this size.

Makro, please take accountability and resolve this matter urgently.
