Shocking service and still waiting for my refund 3 months and counting…!
Placed an order online 3rd Aug 24, called the call centre several times for a delivery update, finally they tell me delivery date, 18 days after I placed my order. Then 2 days later order gets cancelled.
I have been now been waiting 3 months + for a refund. The Store & the Call center have no idea how to do a refund. I call/email regularly, to be given a different answer each time. I Speak to the manager, they promise to fix the problem right away and keep me updated but they never call me back. This is just a joke to Makro. They have kept my money for 3 months. I need my refund ASAP and compensation for this mess…!

When will it be processed? What account did you make the refund to? And what was the compensated amount?
Remember you need to provide compensation for keeping my money for what will be approaching 6 months, yes that’s right 1/2 a year. I expect at least bank interest rate on my money.

My order was R2688.00 you only delivered the water (R319.90) which leaves a balance refund of R2368.10
Please make the additional refund today.
