Shocking service and didn't receive my item

Honestly the worst customer service. We ordered 2 x iPhones for our business.. Only received 1... Haven't had one call or email from them. I have emailed and called and managed to get through once on a call once and I was promised they'd be in contact with me... That was 5 days ago... So now I have paid for an item that I haven't received.

Disgusting service.
