SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking service, I will never support MAKRO again, so much for an international company Massmart, poor service. I logged a return on the 4/3/2025 as they did not deliver the lights I ordered. Still waiting for someone to call me since the 4/3/2025. I call every week and get the same story, they will contact you, they have a backlog - a month OMG - really - busy with renovations and now had to fork out money to rebuy lights. I ordered 6 lights and only delivered two, take your supplier to task, not acceptable at all. SHOCKING SERVICE!
