Shocking Service

Shocking Service - I ordered and paid for 2 x tins spray paint and paid R50 for delivery, Makro only delivered 1 and a week later I still can't get anyone to call me back to let me know when the other one will be delivered. I had to buy tins from another supplier as I needed them for an event so I am really out of pocket now. On my 5th call to them I asked to be put through to a Team Leader/Supervisor but then get put on hold for over 15 mins so I hung up which is obviously what they hope people will do. Such shocking customer service. I will NEVER order anything from this store again.
