Shocking service

Purchased online and received my wheelie bin last Friday, on Saturday we installed the wheels only to find out, the shaft sent is too big. I sent an email on Saturday, no response. I used the watsapp, no response. I called on Wednesday and was told it will be escalated, still no response.
