Shocking service

Shocking customer care. Logged a return for a faulty product delivered. 16 days later it has still not been collected and I am being given the run around. Nobody is taking accountability, on the phone get to speak with a manager who promises the world with no follow through. Never again. I'll stick to Takealot in future
