Shocking service?
Shocking service! I ordered a balance bike online. My order arrived last week and was the complete opposite to what I ordered- I received a twinkle bike with pedals! This is for my little girls birthday present. I have phoned numerous times with my reference number and emailed and no one is getting back to me or assisting me!!!
