SHOCKING SERVICE

I, Nanette Massyn, placed an order online well in advance as the items are a Christmas present for children. Order Nr MAK750104 . I made payment and at no time was I told that some of the items are out of stock. Only when I started querying I was told the one item is out of stock, so the nightmare started. I made several calls, spoke to several agents. I was promised the rest of the order will be sent off in the meantime - no such luck. We even offered to collect it from a store in Bloem and was told this cannot be done. Bottomline - I want my order as this is a gift or you will explain why she is not receiving a gift. I will never ever use your Online store again and will go on Social Media if this is not resolved within 24 hours.
