Shocking service!!!

Shocking service or should I say no service at the new Makro in Port Elizabeth!!! Wanted to take out a cellphone contract asked the lady behind the counter and was told to ask for someone on the floor. After waiting for 15 minutes I eventually found someone only to be pointed to the cellphone queue. Waited half an hour and the queue did not move. Asked the only lady working if they are offline and was told she's looking for the "ID guy" who went missing. No one attempted to scan the queue or inform the customers about what's going on. Will not recommend to anyone!!
