Shocking Online Shopping portal and Service

On Sunday 17th May 2015 I ordered a DSTV Wi-Fi Connector on line as a birthday gift for a friend in Cape Town.<br> Not only did I CHANGE my region online to Western Cape, I even specified the full address in Cape Town.<br> <br> On Tuesday 19th May 2015 it emerged that the order was dispatched to Kimberley/Bloemfontein.<br> <br> On Thursday 21st May 2015 Makro finally made the delivery but instead of delivering the item that was ordered i.e. DSTV Wi-Fi Connector, they delivered 2 x PS4 Wi-Fi Controllers.<br> <br> Today (Yes, a day later and after the fact), I receive an e-mail from Makro asking me to \refuse"the order so it could be returned to them.
